President’s Message

Dr. Rajan Sharma, MS (Orthopedics), did his MBBS, MS (Ortho) from DMCH Ludhiana and worked as Senior Resident at PGI Chandigarh. Dr. Jai Parkash Sharma School and College of Nursing with GNM (Nsg), B.Sc (N) & P.B.Sc (N) courses was set up in year 2007 to provide good quality of Nursing & practical training to the students so that they can know the importance of nursing especially post-COVID. Medical facilities and education have undergone a see a change over the past few years and our talent is recognized worldwide keeping this in Mind we need to have trained health personnel both in the Urban & Rural areas to deliver quality healthcare to our needy Population. Beside locally the overseas demand for nurses is increasing day by day and we aim to train our Students in the most modern methods of teaching and efforts will be made to get suitable Affiliation. In the first few years of its inception, the institute has been made the examination centre & ANM and also for the supplementary examination of B.Sc. (Nursing) & Physiotherapy. Our results have been exceptionally well.
